24×7 Managed Infrastructure
Proactive monitoring, patching and optimization by certified engineers — your infrastructure run as a discipline, so your team can build instead of babysit.
What we deliver
Infrastructure fails at 3 a.m., patches pile up because change windows are scary, and your best engineers spend their days on tickets instead of projects. Managed operations exists to break that cycle: continuous monitoring, disciplined maintenance and defined SLAs, run by a team whose whole job is keeping estates healthy.
Enrich operates servers, storage, network and cloud infrastructure for enterprises and government platforms — backed by 300+ client relationships and SLA regimes as demanding as 24-hour resolution across hundreds of distributed government sites. Our engineers are certified across the stack we run (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Microsoft, Dell and more), and our operations plug into the same 24×7 desk as our SecureWatch SOC — one escalation path for performance and security.
Engagement models flex from full NOC takeover to co-management alongside your team — with the runbooks, documentation and reporting that make the service auditable.
What's included
24×7 Monitoring & NOC
Full-stack telemetry with intelligent alerting — issues worked at 3 a.m. so they’re footnotes by 9.
Patch & Vulnerability Management
Risk-ranked patching on tested schedules — closing the window between CVE and fix without breaking production.
Performance Optimization
Capacity trending, tuning and right-sizing — problems fixed before users vote with helpdesk tickets.
Incident & Problem Management
SLA-bound response with root-cause discipline — the same incident shouldn’t page anyone twice.
Change & Configuration Governance
Documented, reviewed, reversible changes — configuration drift caught by tooling, not outages.
Reporting & Reviews
Monthly SLA scorecards, capacity forecasts and improvement plans — operations you can inspect, not a black box.
From assessment to operations
Onboard
Discovery, documentation and monitoring rollout — every asset known, owned and watched before we take the pager.
Stabilize
Alert tuning, patch backlog burn-down and quick wins from the first month’s findings.
Operate
Steady-state 24×7 operations against SLAs, with change governance and monthly reviews.
Improve
Quarterly optimization: capacity planning, automation of repeat work, and lifecycle/refresh roadmaps.

Common questions
Full outsourcing or co-management — which fits us?
+
Co-management suits teams that want to keep architecture and engineering in-house while offloading 24×7 watch, patching and routine changes. Full management suits organizations where IT operations isn’t a differentiator worth staffing around the clock. Most of our engagements start co-managed and rebalance once trust and runbooks mature.
How do SLAs actually work — what happens when one is missed?
+
SLAs are defined per severity with measured clocks: response time, restoration time, and escalation paths with named roles. Every miss triggers a documented root-cause review, and chronic misses carry contractual remedies. We’ve operated under government SLA regimes with 24-hour resolution obligations across state capitals — enforceable commitments are our normal, not our exception.
Why do patches sit unapplied for months, and how do you fix that?
+
Because unmanaged patching is scary: nobody owns it, testing is ad hoc, and one bad update taught everyone caution. Managed patching replaces fear with process — risk-ranked schedules, tested rings, defined windows and rollback plans. The result is boring, regular patching — which is precisely the security posture auditors and attackers both notice.
Will we lose visibility into our own infrastructure?
+
The opposite — most clients see more than they ever did: shared dashboards, full ticket transparency, monthly SLA scorecards and documentation that stays current because the service depends on it. Everything we run is inspectable, and if we part ways, the runbooks and configs are yours — documented exit is part of the contract.
